Gathering data
for the cetaceans in Greece / providing nursing in sick or injured cetaceans
aiming at their release /
taking dead animals to the morgue for post
mortem, taking care for sanitary burial, spotting the burial ground and
making use of the data in the scientific
research / taking part in the struggle for protecting biotopes and wild life /
contributing in every legal way in
the application and improvement of legislation / sensitization of public
opinion /

IV. Relations with the Press
Most of the newspapers and ecological journals have
promoted the NGO’s activities/ Interviews have been given
mainly to the local press of coastal
regions where there have been calls for injured cetaceans in need of nursing.
