Activities - Results:

Sensitisation of the public regarding the protection of Aravisos estuary which is under threat from the over-pumping

The result was that the Water Supply Organisation of Thessalonica provided for a quantity of water in order that the

estuary is conserved.

Bringing charges over the press against the pollution of Loudia estuary from a local industry. Participation in public

Speeches made at the villages of the prefecture in collaboration with the Training Agency. The subject of the speech

was the sensitisation for the protection of the environment and the support to the sustainability of organic farming.

Interventions were made to public authorities and public debates were held in relation to the rational spatial

planning of the city and the tackling of its housing problem.

the building of a 6th floor at the new building blocks at Giannitsa.
