Legal Status

The Organisation is Civic non Profit Organisation since 1992

Aims

Protecting forest ecosystems – interurban forest of Lamia, guarding the forest from irrational and illegal

interventions which aim at the alter of its use, guarding the forest from fires during summer months, expansion,

afforestation, planting new trees, improving the relaxation conditions of the citizens in the forest areas by

ensuring the protection measures are kept, protecting the aesthetics of the landscape, researching, studying

informing on its problems, promoting ecological awareness, environmental education and guarding biotopes,
