The contribution of the shrinkage of labour cost in facing the economic crisis in Greece and the necessary intervention of the European Union

The main objective of this article is to present the developments in labour costs both in the European Union and in Greece during the economic crisis, especially after the implementation of the memoranda in our country that have brought about significant changes in the field of labour relations with the amendment of the system for setting minimum wage levels for workers being institutionally dominant.
