The institutional framework of Immigration at a European and National level

This study aims to capture and present a longitudinal picture of the legislative framework and policies in the field of immigration and asylum at both a European and national level. The period under consideration is since 1974, with particular emphasis on the 1990s when Greece appears to be a host country for immigrants.
