Olga Papaliou, as Functional Scientific Personnel at the National Centre for Social Research (EKKE), has experience in designing and implementing field research, focusing on the procedures of quality control. During her years of work in EKKE, she has participated in many research programmes concerning several issues of social policy both on a European and on a national level. 

RESEARCH INTERESTS

• Fieldwork monitoring and quality control procedures in quantitative and qualitative research
• Social inclusion of the vulnerable social groups (homeless, elderly, children at risk, lone-parent families)
• Healthcare and social welfare (legal framework, national and european policies, institutions)
• Population ageing
