The interviewees / active actors in the system of acivities development in 4 central squares of Athens

This chapter analyzes the socio-demographic profile of the interviewees and the characteristics of the enterprises in which they currently work. Respondents make up 53% of the target group for the field survey carried out with structured questionnaire addressed to owners, executives or employees working to all businesses, offices etc that are established on the ground floor of each one of the squares Omonia-Kotzia-Varvaki-Monastiraki of Athens. These four central squares form a set of regenerated public open spaces setting up one of the five case studies of the project 'Social Impact of Urban Planning and Urban Planning for Sustainable Development'. The paper concludes by arising the tie of the target group that makes them act in the system of development of the activities of the studied squares of central Athens.
